DOMS of Doom

Remember what you learned about DOMS? Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness? Which you get after a new workout routine, or when you first start working out?

I didn't.

No wonder I crapped out on yesterday's long run. As light and easy as my weight workout was, it snuck up on me with a vengeance.

Ow.
